WhatsApp is bringing a new feature, users will be able to close the app and run background voice messages

Whatsapp will soon roll out a new feature for Android users.

WhatsApp will soon launch the global voice message feature on its Android app. WhatsApp is currently testing a feature that will allow users to listen to voice messages even after switching from one chat to another. For your information, let me tell you that the instant messaging app currently is not allowing playing voice messages when a user leaves the chat in which that particular message is available.

According to some reports, with this feature, WhatsApp is encouraging its users to exchange more voice messages. WhatsApp beta tracker WABetaInfo has revealed that WhatsApp has launched the global voice message feature for Android beta version 2.22.3.1. This update, however, has not yet been availed to beta testers. WABetaInfo revealed this through a screenshot. It shows an audio player interface that will allow you to pause, resume and dismiss voice messages that appear at the top of the chat list. The feature will also get a progress bar to show the speed of the audio. However, it has not been revealed yet when WhatsApp will launch this feature. Also, it is not clear when this feature will be available for beta testers on both Android and iOS platforms.
